6. Describe your process for shaping and sanding the car

For the shaping and sanding process of my car I made use of the belt sander available to us in the construction room. Basically, after i had my rough cuts I had to make the more precise shape of my car and in order to do so I had to sand out the relief cuts which was an easy process. Although using the belt sanders made the job easier, it required a lot of attention because of possible safety hazards and if you placed the car against the sander for a bit longer than intended to, the belt will sand deeper into the car. Also, because the belt sanders sand the shape supper fast so when you are sanding you have to make sure you accidentally don't sand off the wrong shape or part or else there is no way of fixing it.
