MY LIFE STORY
Ever since I was little I always wanted to do something interesting with my life and go through several new experiences. As a child I had a dream to go to Dubai and explore the city and I always wanted to go on a world tour with my friends. Also, as a child I had a huge bucket list consisting of several adventures I would love to take such as sky diving, scuba diving and zip lining and as I continued to meet new people and make new friends I have become more thrilled to go on these adventures and hope that one day I am able to go on all these adventures.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TECH COURSE
In this tech course I learned a lot about the different skills and I have learned a lot about all the tech opportunities available to us as future career paths. Furthermore, I learned how to use several softwares and programs like scratch and sketch up which could be useful to me in the future depending on what career path I would like to take. Overall, this course has helped me realize my strengths in technology and how I can improve them and it has helped me realize the more creative side of me.
FUTURE PLANS
Currently as a grade 9 student I am very unsure about which career path I would like to take compared to my peers who have already determined what their life goal is. With so many possibilities out there I am confused about what job I am willing to take for the rest of my life and I would like a job that has a lot of new experience everyday. This is why I want to become a police officer because everyday is a new adventure and you have to face many challenges in order to be able to fulfill your duties to the fullest extent. At the same time, knowing all the threats and dangers associated with becoming a police officer I am not sure if I would rather be a forensic doctor who is involved in criminal investigations while facing no serious threats. Therefore, currently I am thinking of being involved in criminology but as I continue to learn more and become aware of more opportunities, this may change.
